Refund & cancellation
policy.

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Paid memberships (Life membership, one year ordinary membership) cannot be cancelled after 14 days of payment.
• Paid event registrations (Ham Fair, antenna workshops, electronic project workshops, field day) cannot be cancelled after 14 days.
• 10 days prior to the event date, paid registrations cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

To initiate a return, contact the QARL team:

• Magazines, booklets, personalized items and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
